Cold Storage That Arrives
Ready to Run

A containerized cold room removes the slowest part of a cold-storage project: building on site. The insulated room, refrigeration unit and electrical system are assembled inside a steel ISO container and pull-down tested before it leaves the factory.

On arrival it only needs a level base and the specified power supply. Because the container keeps its corner castings, the room can be lifted, relocated or shipped again when your operation grows or moves.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What temperature can the containerized cold room maintain?

    The chilled and frozen versions cover −25 °C to +15 °C, and the blast-freezer version pulls down to −40 °C. The set point and refrigeration capacity are selected for the product you store, your daily loading volume and the ambient temperature on site.

  • What do I need on site to start it up?

    A level base — a concrete pad or steel sleepers — and the power supply stated on the drawing. The room arrives with panels, refrigeration, controller, lighting and wiring already installed, so there is no construction work: position it, connect power and start cooling.

  • What is the difference between the 20FT and 40HQ room?

    The 20FT room offers about 28 m³ of usable volume and suits single-zone chilling or freezing. The 40HQ more than doubles the volume, and the extra height allows taller racking, a second temperature zone or an internal loading aisle.

  • Is solar power included as standard?

    No — solar is an option. The standard unit runs on mains power, and we add the photovoltaic array, charge controller and battery bank when the site has no stable grid supply. Tell us the daily runtime you need and we size the off-grid package around it.

  • Can the room be customized for my brand and product?

    Yes. Panel thickness, internal height, door type and position, stainless interior, shelving, meat rails and dual-zone partitions are all built to order. For distributors we also supply custom exterior colours and your logo on OEM orders.
