Water-Cooled Chiller for Consistent Industrial Temperature Control
A water-cooled chiller removes heat from a process or circulating fluid and transfers that heat to a separate cooling-water circuit. Its refrigeration cycle typically includes a compressor, water-cooled condenser, evaporator and expansion valve. Compared with an air-cooled arrangement, a water-cooled system relies on a suitable water-side heat-rejection setup, which may include a cooling tower, circulation pump, filtration and water treatment. This configuration can be considered for commercial and industrial sites that need dependable cooling in enclosed spaces or under demanding operating conditions.
