Overview

Insulated Cold Storage Panels for Cold Rooms & Freezers

Our Cold Storage Panels are designed for modular cold rooms, freezer rooms, refrigerated warehouses and food processing facilities that require reliable thermal insulation and fast on-site installation.

The panels use a high-density PU/PIR insulated core combined with durable metal facings. An integrated cam-lock connection system allows the panels to fit tightly together, helping reduce air leakage and simplify cold room assembly.

Available in multiple thicknesses from 75 mm to 200 mm, these insulated cold room panels can be selected according to the required storage temperature, project size and operating conditions. Standard panel width is 950 mm, with customized dimensions available for different cold storage projects.

  • Reliable Thermal Insulation

    The high-density polyurethane insulation core provides a thermal conductivity of ≤0.024 W/(m·K), helping reduce heat transfer between the refrigerated area and the surrounding environment.

  • High-Density PU/PIR Core

    PU density is ≥42 kg/m³, providing both thermal insulation and structural support for cold room walls and ceilings. Different panel thicknesses can be selected for chilled storage, freezer storage and other temperature-controlled facilities.

  • Cam-Lock for Fast Installation

    Built-in cam-locks securely connect adjacent panels and help create a tight joint between sections. The hook spacing is approximately 900 mm, allowing cold room panels to be installed, removed or expanded more efficiently than conventional construction methods.

  • Multiple Surface Materials

    Different exterior materials are available to meet requirements for corrosion resistance, hygiene, durability and project appearance. Options include color-coated steel, stainless steel, Baosteel sheet and embossed aluminum.

  • Improved Joint Sealing

    Additional sealing strips can be installed at panel connection points to reduce air and moisture penetration, which is particularly useful for low-temperature or high-humidity cold storage environments.
